Shipping Methods

1. Free collection from our store.
The collection can be done within 5 days.

In this case you will receive an email from us to inform you that your order has been executed and is available for receipt.

2. Shipping via courier service
Your order is processed within 2-3 working days and is delivered to a courier service. Depending on the recipient's seat, the following schedule is valid, which is indicative:

Attica, Thessaloniki, Mainland Greece	2 days
Islands and inaccessible areas	3 days

Note: Delivery time may be extended for various reasons of force majeure. Our company is not responsible for any delay due to unforeseen causes.

For orders over two hundred euros (200 €) you are not charged with shipping costs.
For orders under two hundred euros (200 €) you will be charged with shipping costs worth five euros (5.00 €).

In order for your order to be shipped through the courier service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information to the company (name, address, telephone).

Delivery of the order is Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. Upon delivery, you will be asked for a signature.
If it is not possible to receive the order due to your absence, then the cooperating courier company will make two more attempts, the next working days, to deliver the order, leaving you a notice to contact their responsible representative. In case your order is returned to us, we will contact you for the alternatives we offer. If the reason for the return is due to a mistake of the company, the company undertakes to resend the courier to the address you have assigned to us for the receipt of the order at our own expense.

In case the information you entered in the form was incorrect, the company does not bear any responsibility for the non-delivery of the order.
